Real estate content, to me, is about capturing attention and sparking excitement.

It’s all about stopping the scroll, enticing viewers with captivating visuals that make them stop in their tracks. Imagine a video that not only showcases the beauty of the property but also resonates with the dreamers—those who will like the video, fall in love with the house, and eagerly share it with friends and family before the first inspection.
Our approach to property videos is crafted to accommodate a variety of budgets, styles and options. Ensuring every video leaves a lasting impression on vendors and generates buzz among potential buyers. My goal is to engage and inspire, elevating your agency and make you stand out in a competitive market.

FAQs

What can be achieved in our filming blocks?

If you have an idea, bring it to me, lets see if we can achieve it! We go into every shoot with our focus on filming the property to it’s best. But we know the hook to your sales pitch, or maybe a unique selling point, we can help suggets ideas that will push that particular shoot to an extra step of shine.
Want to ride horse back through town shouting on a megaphone? If the time allows, sure! If we need to add on more time to make sure we can get that AND the property filmed correctly, we’ll let you know :)

Do you have a call-out, or delay fee?

There is no call-out fee. There may be a delay fee required if we drive to a shoot during poor weather, issues with the property that need us to delay filming, or other reasons that are out of our control. If that occurs, this will be discussed on the day of filming.

Can we film in cloudy or bad weather?

Dark-broody cloudy weather for externals is just as bad as rainy weather for video. However, internals with decent lighting can be filmed. If we deem most internals can be shot, we may be able to film during cloudy weather, and avoid a delay fee.

How long do you hold onto footage for?

Footage files are big and storage is expensive! So to keep costs down we have to be strategic with how long we can hold onto to footage.
Once a shoot has occurred, we immediately back up the footage on our Google Drive.
We keep all footage and shoot-specific assets on file up to 3 months. After that these are permanently deleted, unless requests to keep the footage is specifically called for.

What is the copyright/ownership status of a property video from Wetherill Media?

We believe that provided that we can use our jobs for social media purposes you can do what you like the video. We personally believe that can extend onto the vendors as they are one’s paying it. However you guys are the middle man to this.
It is up to you what the vendor does with the video.
